"This insurance agent agency is the rudest most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. I have been struggling financially and have been trying to get caught up on all of my bills. Instead of trying to help me figure out an insurance plan that would work best for my budge, Ben Davis sent me an email lecturing me on how I should be spending my money. I “shouldn’t be frivolously spending my money”. “ I would happily advise you on your coverages, but you refused to come into the office when you got set up and have declined every offer for a policy review.” He can’t advise me on my coverage unless I’m in person!? But he can sure send a lecture through email. Extremely unprofessional. I will be canceling with this agency. Absolutely the worst."

"Hi Charley, the wording in quotations was not copied from my email because that is not what I wrote. You had not paid for the insurance you signed up for for several months. We provided courtesy coverage for you through that time and you were upset and confused when we wanted to collect that money you owed us. Everyone goes through hard times. Had you calmly and courteously discussed that with us, we could have found a solution. Instead, you chose to demand that we get your rate down and refused to talk with us when we tried to provide an explanation. I suggest anyone that is reading this, if you want to get signed up but expect not to pay anything, please look elsewhere. Otherwise, we are more than happy to discuss your coverages and premiums in any method of communication that suits you. Thank you! -Ben"

"we consistently receive poor service with Ben Davis and his employees. His staff turns over frequently and we can't seem to get accurate information from them. We are looking for a new agent."
